Sources are reporting that Demi Lovato has been rushed to the hospital after what looks like a heroin overdose. Los Angeles police responded to the scene around noon today. This news comes not long after Lovato released her song ‘Sober’, in which she revealed relapsing after six years of sobriety. From the lyrics of the song and the release, we believed she had already gotten help and was in recovery, but it looks like it was the admission and she had yet to seek assistance. Her song talks in detail about the process of withdrawal and the emotions that lead her to that place of vulnerability. Lovato is very self aware which is a good sign for her and her future struggle with addiction, which has taken so many talented souls. We’ve added the video to her song below. We are thinking positive thoughts for Demi and her loved ones and we know her Lovatics are out there doing the same.
Poor Demi Lovato. I hope she comes out of this okay. That kid has certainly been through it.

Demi Lovato is the first artist that I instantly gravitated towards. Her music, her talent spoke to me in so many levels. And the fact that I could relate to a lot of her struggles helped me overcome mine. This breaks my heart. I can’t stop crying
