First on the list is Vin Diesel’s latest film Bloodshot. Based on the comics of the same name, it follows a former marine brought back to life after he and his wife are murdered. The scientists who bring him back to life enhance him into a superhuman and he becomes a killing machine. While initially he retains no memory of his past life, as he begins to remember he realizes he is in the middle of a conspiracy. It’s refreshing to see a superhero film not involved within a huge franchise. This movie could prove to be a breath of fresh air that we all need.

2. The Hunt
