Cory Singer Is “Somebody’s Heart” In New Single

East-coast love-fanatic Cory Singer is back to pull on your heartstrings– Jersey style. With his brand new single and music video for “Somebody’s Heart”, this viral TikTok influencer (over 241k followers and 7m likes)  throws an enchanting and irresistible twist on a love story that each one of us secretly envies and desires.

Vocally compared to Josh Groban and Michael Buble, while capturing the piano stylings of John Legend and Sam Smith, Cory’s music strikes a common liking across fans of all genres. As his newest single paints a lyrical picture of how spontaneous love can be when it sneaks up on us when we least expect it, Cory’s heartfelt and personable lyrics leaves the listener with a message that makes us all take a second look at what love really means in a world so separated.

With a storyline revolving around destiny, this video shares the tale of two soulmates who figure out that their mission in life is to find each other. Taking place in various romantic locations such as a beautiful sage green park, a charming record store, and a hip coffee shop– Cory repeatedly runs into the woman that the universe keeps pointing him towards. As Cory reflects in his black suit with an ambiance of lit candles warming up the room, this iconic scene gives him the chance to contemplate how he could have possibly gotten so lucky with love.

Cory began his career in 2005 as a musical theater performer. Through 2013, he celebrated many achievements as an actor, including a 2011 NJ Perry Award Nomination for his role in “Seussical The Musical” (The Mayor) and a 2013 Broadway World nomination for Best Vocalist for his role in Joe DiPietro’s “The Last Romance” at the Bickford Theater. Cory re-entered the theater world in 2019 in the roles of Young Buddy in Westfield Community Players’ “Follies” in May and Matt Volpe in the award-winning original musical “They Call it Gravy, We Call it Sauce” with Music Jar Productions in October at the Bound Brook Theater.

Starring in Bravo’s singing competition show “The Kandi Factory,” Cory took home the grand prize: a song penned by Grammy-winning artist Kandi Burruss entitled “I Can Do Anything.”

Winning “The Kandi Factory” really lit a fire for me because Kandi and I spoke about what it takes to become an artist and she introduced me to songwriting.Cory Singer

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cory took to TikTok and decided to share his journey with autism. He has since become an influencer and an advocate for children, families and adults who are on the spectrum. He has used his platform to promote positivity by inspiring others with his unique brand of levity.
