Katie Hamden and her identical twin sister Lauren have grown their online following to over 1M loyal fans, with Katie’s social media accounts making up half of their audience.
The 23-year-old Australian native has been modeling alongside her sister for several years. From France to Bali, Japan, and more, Katie has worked the camera in many luxurious locations.
While she has 330K Instagram followers who anticipate her next post full of sultry looks, the model’s Snapchat has become a go-to for her 252K subscribers.
Katie’s following on Snapchat contributes to the $300K she and her sister Lauren make per month. Though Instagram helped them launch their influencer careers, Katie said Snapchat is their favorite social media platform to post content.
“Snapchat is just so fun. We love Instagram, too, but engaging with fans on Snap is super enjoyable,” Katie stated.
While the model has seen great success in her career, she said she couldn’t have done it without her sister.
“Lauren’s support is everything to me — and likewise. She’s the first, and sometimes, the only person I’ll go to for opinions. Without her by my side, work wouldn’t be as exciting or successful.”
She continued: “I take things less seriously than my other half and I’m more light-hearted. Even though we have individual personalities, we’re definitely much stronger together.”
Though Katie primarily works in the modeling industry, the influencer is also interested in creating music. She’s currently producing songs and is eager to share them with her fans. “I’m definitely a perfectionist when it comes to my music,” she said. “The process of getting every beat and layer just right is super gratifying. When I’m ready to share, I’m hoping my fans love it.”
For now, though, Katie and her twin sister Lauren are busy with bookings. “Our schedule can get hectic. We make sure to take rest days each week to maintain our energy and health,” Katie said. “But, it’s easy to stay motivated when you have such a large audience who support you.”
