Do you remember the highly controversial performance that graced us with the image of Miley Cyrus twerking provocatively against Robin Thicke? Who am I kidding, of course you do!
Well, you can relax now, as Thicke has said that once was more than enough, he doesn’t plan to do it again. Alan Carr questioned the 36-year-old singer on Chatty Man, and asked whether he would like to perform with Cyrus again.
“Oh no, no no no,” Thicke responded, before adding: “No no, definitely no, definitely not.”
Apparently, Thicke was quite the gentleman whilst performing though, and ‘didn’t look at her’.
“That would have been rude,” he said. “I looked in her eyes, it was all about heart.”
Thicke also admitted that his unforgettable performance at the VMAs over the summer “might have offended some people.”
The “Wrecking Ball” singer herself didn’t intend to offend anyone, saying in a recent interview with Cosmo: “it was meant to be fun. But hey, it got the most tweets in history…”
The Chatty Man interview with Robin Thicke aired on November 8th on Channel 4, and you can read Miley Cyrus’ full interview with Cosmo in the December issue.
