Does everyone remember when Darren Criss sang to Ellen about making a Finding Nemo 2 when he appeared on her show? Well, looks like his dreams will be coming true soon. Deadline announced last July that Disney’s Pixar got the original director Andrew Stanton back in action and Ellen DeGeneres joined in after that news hit.
The big news today is that Albert Brooks, the voice of Marlin, has closed a big deal to reprise his role in the sequel. Brooks has been busy playing a plethora of characters in recent big screen hits such as This is 40 and Drive. Brooks is also an accomplished novelist who is currently working on his next novel.
Now that both Brooks and DeGeneres are both on board to do the sequel, it is only a matter time before the rest of the Finding Nemo gang join in on the fun!
