What do you do after you become the world’s most decorated winter Olympian in history? I imagine some might retire peacefully, content to be out of the public eye, but not Apolo Ohno! The former Olympic short track speed skater has decided to bring himself (and his trademark soul-patch) over to the Game Show Network.

Ohno has signed on to host the revival of “Minute to Win It”, previously hosted by celebrity-chef Guy Fieri. Back in February GSN announced that it had put in an order for 40 episodes of the re-launched game show, with production beginning in March, it wasn’t until today that the identity of the show’s new host was revealed.

As it happens, Apolo Ohno is no stranger to reality television. The former Olympian has compete on not one but two seasons of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars”, having won in 2007 with Julianne Hough and competed in the all-star season alongside Karina Smirnoff.

What do you think of Apolo’s most recent career choice?
