We’re all excited for Arrested Development’s long-awaited fourth season, aren’t we? From the sound of it, it’s going to be awesome. We we’ve heard about Seth Rogen, and Kristen Wiig, and John Slattery…but what about familiar faces? Well, a couple of weeks ago we got confirmation that Ben Stiller will be reprising the role of Tony Wonder, but there’s one more as of yesterday. Here’s a clue…
Still not sure who it is? Well, I’ll just tell you…it’s Gene Parmesan! Yes, Martin Mull will be returning as TV’s best worst private detective! Julie Walter (Lucille Bluth) divulged the exciting news in a recent interview with Vulture. In her words, “Gene comes back. He’s in our new season. He fools me again! I couldn’t wait to film that episode, truly.”
Of course, Tony Wonder and Gene Parmesan aren’t the only familiar faces we’ll see making reappearances. Kitty (Judy Greer), Anne Veal (Mae Whitman), Barry Zuckercorn (Henry Winkler), and Bob Loblaw (Scott Baio) are all set to return as well.
Personally, I’d like to see Carl Weathers make a return. Which classic Arrested Development guest stars would you like to see in the new season?
