Beyoncé broke the internet after announcing she and husband Jay-Z are expecting not one but two bundles of joy!
"We would like to share our love and happiness," wrote Beyoncé on Instagram February 1. "We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. -The Carters."
It is reported that Beyoncé's announcement received 500,000 tweets in 45 minutes and made Instagram history as the most liked post ever. Who’s really surprised? The 35-year-old mega artist and mother of one (for now) is currently celebrating motherhood beautifully regardless of the naysayers. She seems more proud than ever to reveal her already famous baby bump which is a completely different emotion compared to her first pregnancy.
Back in 2012, Beyoncé was involved in a controversial pregnancy scandal while carrying her now four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy after her stomach folded during an interview with an Australian TV Show. As she began to take her seat, her pregnant tummy noticeably collapsed underneath her dress, sparking rumors that Queen Bey may not have been all the way truthful about who was actually carrying her baby -- either she was or a surrogate. Her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure called the allegations against her client, “stupid, ridiculous and false.”
Still, to this day, most believe the couple paid a surrogate to carry baby number one. Who really knows!? What we do know is Beyoncé is glowing in her latest maternity photo-shoot alongside daughter Blue Ivy. The artist can be seen wearing nothing but a few sheer pieces over her bare bump as she poses underwater, proving that pregnancy doesn’t slow you down when your name is Beyoncé Knowles-Carter. She accompanied her photos by dropping a surprise photo-album on Thursday entitled I Have Three Hearts – an ode to her unborn twins. See them all on her website!
And here's another surprise: Beyoncé is still planning to perform at the 2017 Grammy Awards later this month, baby bump and all![gallery columns="5" type="slideshow" ids="154579,154569,154581"]
