Bonnaroo Festival Line Up Announced!

NULL

Zoe Ambrozewska

Staff Writer

‘Weird Al’ Yankovic announced the Bonnaroo 2013 line-up this week during the B.L.A.M (Bonnaroo Live Line-up Announcement Megathon) live stream. Headliners include Sir Paul McCartney, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and Grammy award winning Mumford and Sons (Album of the Year – Babel).

A definite sense of déjà-vu for long-time fans, however, as, although Paul McCartney has never appeared at Bonnaroo before, Tom Petty closed the festival in 2006, and Mumford and Sons played in 2011.

A further group of diverse artists set to play in 2013 includes Bjork, Wilco, Wu-Tang Clan and R. Kelly. ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic himself will also perform.

Highlights for myself include British bands The xx, Alt-J and the Vaccines, as well as Of Monsters and Men and the Lumineers.

Bonnaroo takes place in Manchester, Tennessee June 13-16, and tickets go on sale Saturday 23rd February at 12pm ET.

You can find the full line-up below, or at the Bonnaroo website:
