Brandy hasn’t released a studio album since 2012’s Two Eleven. Even though she failed to repeat the success of her former eras with that one, the songstress seems to have moved on. While in the studio, she shared a couple of clips from new songs on social media.
The songstress has reportedly been working on her forthcoming, seventh studio album throughout the year. During a recent session, Brandy got to team up with super producers Oak and Pop Wansel and she later shared short samples of her work with the two on instagram. From the sounds of both snippets, smooth melodies once again get to meet with the diva’s angelic vocals. Take a listen for yourself below.

The “Have You Ever” star once used to be reigning the urban territory of the music industry. Even though Brandy’s Two Eleven did produce the singles “Put It Down” and “Wildest Dreams”, it failed to make any significant impact. Hopefully, this forthcoming follow-up to it will help the songstress meet the glory and success of earlier days in her career again. The sound is indeed promising, so best of luck for it!
