It hasn’t been a good week for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. After Teresa and her husband Joe were both charged for 39 counts of money fraud against the IRS it seems another set back is headed the reality stars way.
New reports are saying that Teresa could be in jeopardy of being axed from hit Bravo show with such negative press surrounding her.
According to the New York Daily News with Teresa and her husband are facing up to 50 years in prison for their wrong doings.
This forces execs at Bravo to begin discussing their options. “Nobody wants to see their talent in this kind of a situation”, one source to the Daily News said.
Teresa, having seen the success of fellow Housewives spinoffs, reportedly pitched her own to Bravo but the source commented, “They are not interested. Bravo only spins off happy situations….not prison.”
While Bravo has yet to officially release a statement in regards to the Giudice’s legal trouble Teresa is still employed with the network. She is also scheduled to record a reunion special in the near future.
