Supernatural is currently the longest running airing show on The CW. It’s been a long nine seasons.
Seriously.
Everyone has witnessed the Apocalypse, angels, demons, the Apocalypse, death, resurrection, other hunters, the Apocalypse, pie, Purgatory, showrunner changes, network changes, and the Apocalypse.
If a show deserves something nice then it’s Supernatural.
Supernatural is having a spin-off in the development.
Not much is known about the project. Here is what we do know according to TVLine.
- A new character will be introduced in episode twenty of season nine.
- This episode will serve as a backdoor pilot to the spin-off series.
- The spin-off will have a more “citified” feel in contrast to the dusty highways and byways of the Winchesters.
