Captain Jack Sparrow Delights Sick Children During Hospital Visit

Captain Jack Sparrow, also known as Johnny Depp delights sick children during a surprise visit to an Australian Hospital

While on a break from filming the new Pirates Of The Caribbean movie, Dead Men Tell No Tales, Johnny Depp aka Captain Jack Sparrow, recently made one day for some sick children at Brisbane’s Lady Cliento Children’s Hospital that little bit brighter after making a surprise visit.

The recently married actor, 52, dressed in full costume, spent time with the children taking selfies while other photos of the occasion were captured by local TV and radio stations.

Rachel Bennett, mum to 7-year-old Max said of Depp’s visit:

“He was going from room to room seeing all the kids who couldn’t get out of bed. We waited out of the front of one of the rooms, and he came up to us and had a really good chat to Max.”

Depp, who recently had to return his two pet Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo to the UK after sneaking them into Australia, will be back on screen as the rum-loving sea-man in July 2017.
