The Tomorrow People have added a popular actress to their ranks! The star of Ryan Murphy’s (Glee, American Horror Story) first-ever TV series Popular, Carly Pope, has landed herself a recurring role on The CW’s upcoming sci-fi series, The Tomorrow People.
According to TVLine, Pope will be playing Morgan Burke, one of the super-powered Tomorrow People who have managed to keep their abilities hidden from the government. Unfortunately for Morgan, her connection to the super-world is discovered, and she becomes a player in the war between humans and mutants (er… Tomorrow People).
The Tomorrow People also features Mark Pellegrino, Robbie Amell, Luke Mitchell, and Downton Abbey’s Dan Stevens (as a computer). The show premieres Wednesday, October 9th on The CW. Catch the trailer right here!
