Fans of the late Glee star, Cory Monteith, have finally received some good news and something positive to look forward to, as one of Monteith’s final films has been given a release schedule.
The world premiere is going to be cause for celebration as All the Wrong Reasons is set to debut at this September’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Gia Milani’s indie film that was shot in Halifax, Nova Scotia over the summer of 2012 will have a Canadian theatrical release later this year. It will also enjoy a domestic pay TV run on The Movie network and Movie Central in 2014.According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is expected that the film will play in other fall film festivals after its launch at TIFF.
The film, which recently released two stills of Monteith following his death, is about four people whose lives intersect at a department store. Monteith plays James Asher, a store manager and stars alongside Kevin Zegers as a fire fighter, Emily Hampshire as a store clerk and Karine Vanasse as James’s wife, and who suffers from PTSD.
