Do you ever find yourself distraught when your favorite show ends? Especially when it’s a long running series, it’s easy to become attached to characters, plot lines and concepts; and then they just end.
One series that consistently impressed and hooked many was ABC’s LOST. The show was watched by millions around the world as they attempted to determine what in hell was going on with this mysterious island filled with smoke monsters, polar bears, an underground hatch, and occasionally that mysterious French woman.
If you’ve missed the series, which concluded in 2010, showrunner Carlton Cuse recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly and informed them of the potential future of the series, claiming he has no desire to continue but that ABC may have a different approach:
“I think it’s likely that at some point, ABC will want to reboot LOST because it’s a valuable franchise, I do not begrudge ABC the opportunity to do something more with the franchise. But we told the story we wanted to tell, and I think there’s kind of a wonderful sense of closure for us.”
Would you like to see a LOST reboot in the near future?
