More news for Star Wars fans about the upcoming new movies!
Latino Review reported that Ryan Gosling, Zac Efron and Leonardo DiCaprio met with Disney for roles in the next Star Wars movie, due for release in 2015.
However, DiCaprio was subsequently ruled out following his meeting.
Gosling reportedly met with director JJ Abrams and Disney producers in relation to the role of Luke Skywalker’s son, while Efron met for an unconfirmed role.
Lucasfilm recently denied that Abrams was considering dropping out of the project in order to direct Star Trek 3.
Star Wars: Episode VII, with script by Michael Arndt [Little Miss Sunshine, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire], will begin filming at Pinewood Studios early next year.
Hey, we wouldn’t mind seeing Ryan and Zac as brothers!
