The renowned electronic twosome, Daft Punk, has recently revealed that they are in the process of signing with the Columbia Records label, a subsidiary label through Sony Music Entertainment. With this new label comes a new album. That’s right, the infamously mysterious French duo have confirmed that their fourth studio album will be released sometime this spring. This will be their first album since their film oriented album, Tron: Legacy, which contained 24 tracks for the film of the same name. Much is to be anticipated, as this will be a hugely creative project and could (hopefully) result in a tour later this year.
