Disney’s Tomorrowland Gets First Teaser Trailer

Disney’s land of tomorrow comes to life in the new sci-fi epic, Tomorrowland. Follow the main character from jail cell to miraculous adventure!

Disney’s Tomorrowland is an upcoming science-fiction film, scheduled to come out in theaters as soon as next spring. Starring George Clooney, Britt Robertson, Raffey Cassidy, and Hugh Laurie, the hype built around the movie is already huge. Even though it might be a little early, its first teaser trailer has been released.

The film finds young Casey (Robertson) getting out of jail and finding a magic pin in her things. That little pin has the power to lead her to Tomorrowland, an unknown and mysterious place. Her excitement is shared with Frank (Clooney), who joins her in an once-in-a-lifetime sort of adventure. It all has to do with science, with Casey unable to hide her curiosity. The following journey is set to be not only difficult, but also dangerous for them. Not much is revealed in the short clip, with fans gaining only a glimpse of what is to come.

Brad Bird will sit in the director’s chair, while he will also write the script alongside Damon Lindelof, known for his work on Lost. Surrounding the all-star cast and starring in supporting roles are Tim McGraw, Judy Greer, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Thomas Robinson.

Tomorrowland is scheduled to arrive in theaters on May 22, 2015. Check out the teaser trailer below.
