Dwayne Johnson has tweeted an image of his Herculean look for his newest project, Hercules: The Thracian Wars.
In the photo, we see Johnson with his back toward the camera with long flowing locks and back tattoos. It looks pretty awesome. I can’t wait to see the front!
Hercules: The Thracian Wars will follow Hercules (obviously) who has fallen on hard times and does mercenary work all over Greece. Things change when the King of Thrace comes to Hercules for the hero to deliver his people from a brutal warlord.
The film is going to be directed by Bret Ratner. Joining Johnson in the cast will be Ian McShane (Deadwood), Rufus Sewell (A Knight’s Tale) and Joseph Fiennes (Shakespeare in Love).
Hercules: The Thracian Wars is projected to open on July 25, 2014 in the U.S.
