You know you’ve made it when, alongside all the awards, accolades and praise from critics, you get your own ice-cream flavour – and that’s exactly what’s just happened to British singer Ed Sheeran. Sort of.
Okay, so it’s not an entirely new flavour, as such, but, as he plays Ireland’s very own Croke Park this weekend, there’s been a slight change made to the HB Ice Cream’s Gingerbread Sandwich flavour packaging to coincide with the monumental musical occasion.
