Slay, queen, slay.
Evan Peters returned to the set of American Horror Story in a very unique way. Instead of sporting a powdered wig, Peters’ character went all out. Complete with hair dyed blue, a black eye, and an arm sling, he’s far from the back-country mansion of art masterpieces and clandestine lovers of last season. He still looks just as hot, though. “He’s surrounded by TV news crews in the shot, as he stops to address the media – wearing a white shirt with a charming brown knit vest, green corduroy jacket, beige chinos and tan suede shoes,” a Digital Spy article states.
Details Of The New Season
With Peters looking fiercer than ever, his presence is a reminder of just how close fans are to the October premiere. According to the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, season 7 involves the 2016 election of Donald Trump, but with a sinister twist, obviously. “The first 10 minutes of this season takes place in a very eerie macabre way on election night and there’s something terrible that happens in the lives of our characters on election night as they’re watching it all go down,” he tells E! Online. Even though the latest season focuses on presidential campaigns and elections, he alludes to other themes sprinkled throughout season 7.
Evan Peters’ Connection To ‘American Horror Story’
In a couple Instagram posts, Murphy teased his followers with pictures of a clownish elephant and a satanic, ambidextrous, human shell. Not only is he amping up the creepiness, but he’s also heightening the suspense. Even though summer’s a time to party, swim, and rest, he’s making people long for October’s aesthetic, not to mention Peters. Even though the actor is a critical player in one of FX’s biggest programs, he’s been quiet about American Horror Story. Instead, his Instagram shows cutesy photos of him reading books or licking ice cream.
Fans will just have to wait until October to see what AHS has in store.
