Exactly a week after dropping new single “Serve”, proud LGBTQ community member Eveta has now unveiled the official lyric video for the track which, it could easily be argued, is his strongest release to date, and PopWrapped are delighted to premiere it to the world.
With an ever growing following behind him, and as an artist who champions unity and positivity among everyone regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation, his music is exactly the uplifting and inspiring soundtrack we all need right now. His sound blends honest lyrics with an undeniably pop undertone and is a genuine showcase of just how strongly he believes in music and its ability to change, impact and improve the lives of those who hear it.
Asked about the creation of the video for “Serve”, Eveta explains: “The lyric video is full of colour, just as the message of the song is. “Serve” is a nod to women’s and LGBTQ empowerment! I reached out to Oleksii Babenko to translate that into the lyric video and he did a great job. I wanted bright colours with a very fast-phased editing. The final product is this very entertaining and high energy video. It incarnates the song perfectly!”
“Serve” also offers fans a taste of what to expect from his upcoming EP Higher, about which and its title track he says: “This song was written with the idea of a collective raise of consciousness. We need to raise our frequency to rise above as a global society and achieve peace in the world. That means being kinder to each other, creating a movement for change. Small actions count, you don’t have to be the CEO of a company to make a difference. At the same time, having a positive attitude and trusting the process, the future IS going to be better…I want us all to reach higher, I know it’s in our fate, there’s no more time to waste. The planet needs us too, we can’t keep on destroying it. Greta, Malala and many more young leaders are change makers. I want to position myself as one too.”
