Exclusive: Anthony Pavel Premieres New Single “Runaway”

With his debut EP ‘Windows’ due for release later this month, PopWrapped are delighted to premiere Anthony Pavel’s latest single “Runaway.”

Who remembers how obsessed we all were with the feel-good, sing-along pop songs of the nineties? *raises hand* Well, at a time when nostalgia is all the rage, Chicago based pop singer and producer Anthony Pavel has emerged to bring the excitement and the energy of the past into the present by way of his debut EP Windows, due for release later this month.

Following on from the release of the first single from the collection “Herstory”, featuring Saba in December, PopWrapped are delighted to premiere the second single, titled “Runaway.”

“Runaway” is a full-on people pleaser of a track with a smooth R&B feel to it, sure to get hands clapping and toes tapping from the second it kicks in.

The song also showcases Pavel’s impressive vocal range and mixes soul and pop style instrumentation to create a piece of music worthy of being listened to time and time again.

Having established himself as a gifted producer in his own right — he produced “Comfort Food” from Saba’s Comfort Zone mixtape — and sang on the track “Back Home” for A$AP Rocky’s latest album At. Long. Last. ASAP, Pavel is keeping busy.

Give “Runaway” a listen below, and, for more information on Anthony Pavel, follow him on Twitter and Facebook or check out more of his music via YouTube and SoundCloud
