When you buy The Office’s season nine DVD, you will find exclusive audition tapes for the hit series, reports DigitalSpy. These audition tapes show now-famous actors reading for parts on the hit show.
I bet you didn’t know that the likes of Seth Rogen, John Cho, and Kathryn Hahn, all tried out for the American remake of the U.K. series before they found success in their future roles. In the audition tapes you see Modern Family’s own Eric Stonestreet trying out for the character of Kevin, and Rogen auditioning for the role of Dwight.
While we can agree everyone’s auditions were pretty great, everything happens for a reason. If Adam Scott got the role of Jim, he never would have found success with Parks and Recreation, and we never would have seen John Krasinski grace our screen as Jim. This way, everyone wins.
The Office ended earlier this year after 9 seasons.
