He may be best known as Michael Scofield, the mastermind jail-breaking brother on Prison Break but Wentworth Miller has other talents as well. Most recently he has taken to screen writing. In January, his first produced work, Stoker, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Miller referred to that experience as, “the most creatively satisfying experience I’ve had, hands down, on a personal level.”
The response to Stoker may have been a contributing factor to his latest writing gig, the screen adaptation of Richard Parker’s upcoming novel, Scare Me. The rights to the soon-to-be-published novel were acquired by Relativity Media.
According to the publisher’s website, Scare Me, Will Frost, a wealthy businessman who gets an anonymous call one night asking him when the last time he Googled himself was. The Internet search yields the discovery pictures taken from inside his home, and the pictures of a murder. Sounds like it will be quite the suspenseful film!
