Lady Gaga is nothing if not dramatic, a fact that she proves to be true over and over again. Lately, she has been teasing us with the lyrics for her new single entitled “Applause.” GaGa will release this track as the lead single from ARTPOP, to be released on August 19th, and will be followed by the album, which is due out November 11th.
GaGa did not hesitate to tease her fans with some of the lyrics via her Twitter account. There is a free app that will be released alongside ARTPOP that will provide fans with an interactive jewel case of multimedia content. The “Bad Romance” singer has described her new album as being “full of happiness,” while the albums producer DJ White Shadow called it a “toe tapper.”
GaGa is set to perform this new song at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards in The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on August 25th.
