Calling All Brienne Fans!
In her recent interview with Rolling Stone, Gwendoline Christie delved deep into her role as the outrageously tall and fierce Brienne of Tarth and what the role meant to her on the series Game of Thrones. Notorious for her constant adherence to moral code, it is nothing short of impressive that Christie managed to not only accept but embrace Brienne’s non-sexy attitude and bring the paladin-esque character to life.
Included in the interview are her thoughts on not quite fitting the mold, her “sexy” level, her relationship with co-star Nikolaj Coster Waldau (who plays Jaime Lannister, the not-what-you-expected knight), and whether a romance may pop up between their characters.
