Game of Thrones' King Joffrey Reveals Details On the New Season!

Resident Game of Thrones D-Bag King Joffrey let some deets spill on season 3!

He is the selfish little brat born of incest that you just love to hate, King Joffrey is by no means the most evil villain on the show, but for some reason you just can’t stand the guy. It’s amazing how different Jack Gleeson is from the character he portrays on the show.

Gleeson wants to make one thing clear: people are not tormenting him for his portrayal of such a wretched King, “If you could, clarify that people aren’t mean to me on the street,” the actor states during a break from shooting. “Nobody’s ever said a mean thing to me. Instead people say,’Are you okay? I hear you get bullied on the street.’ And I say, ‘No! Everybody’s been really nice.”

Even more proof that Gleeson is nothing like King Joffrey, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) recalls a time between takes where Jack serenaded her with a rap about Winnie the Poo titled ‘ Got Monies and Honies.’ Spoiler alert! The off screen rapping takes place while the cast was filming the wedding of Sansa Stark. The identity of her groom is not revealed but Joffrey is the lucky man who is set to give her away since “As father of the realm it is my (Joffrey) duty to give you away to your husband.”

Don’t worry Joffrey is not upset that his former betrothed is moving on. He has a new bride-to-be Margaery Tyrell, does this mean we’ll see a softer side to the King? Not likely, Gleeson reveals “There’s a different dynamic; he’s trying to impress Margaery with his evil deeds and he still rebelling against his mother. There are some disaster dates.” But he adds, “I think he’s a bit unlucky in love.”

Love won’t be too much of a distraction as Joffrey will still be busy between the continuing torture of Sansa and becoming more involved with how the kingdom is run.
