Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer has shaved her head (partially) for her role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.

Dormer will be playing Cressida who, in the books, is described as having “a shaved head tattooed with green vines.” Though she’s only going halfway, we still think the look will do her character justice.

“Francis Lawrence, the director of Mockingjay, and I discussed it and I took the job on the premise that I would possibly [have to] shave my whole head,” she told EW.

“I’m actually really pleased that we went halfway because I think it’s more the Capitol… and that’s where Cressida comes from. She comes from the Capitol, so shes got a stylised thing going on and now she’s turned rebel. I think its right for the character.”

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 will open on November 21
