The much anticipated, much talked about Google Glass has finally given some lucky participants of the Explorer program a glimpse inside the box…and talk about a new vision!
Google Glass has the ability to let you take a picture or video of anything you are looking at, share what you see live with someone else, check flight times, get navigational directions, translate your words to another language, voice texting, and the answers to whatever questions happen to be on your mind. It’s an impressive glimpse into the future, and in this future, it’s so bright you gotta wear glass.
So what’s in the box? Thanks to a snapshot from one Explorer participant, Brandon Allgood, and his description of what he received, “This is what you get in the box: two visors, a bag, power cord and of course Google Glass!”
There’s no set information yet as to how soon Google Glass will be available to the general public, or the selling price, but there is sure to be a stampede of people fighting to get their hands on it when it does.
