Earlier today, Yahoo exclusively released the long awaited new trailer of the highly anticipated film, The Maze Runner. Take a moment to calm your nerves, because this trailer will blow you away. If you were not excited for this film before, then you will be after you watch the trailer.

The Maze Runner is based on the book by author James Dashner of the same name and is the first of a trilogy. Maze Runner tells the story of Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) who abruptly finds himself in a place called the Glades with no memory of who he is and how he got there. The Glades is occupied by others close to Thomas’ age and not to mention in order to find a way out, they must venture into a maze that is invested with deadly creatures called the Grievers.

The trailer amps up the tension and makes you feel as though you are trapped in the maze itself. Seemingly said to be a cross between Lord of the Flies and The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner tells its own unique story that will set itself apart from other popular YA series-based films. The film stars Dylan O’Brien (Teen Wolf), Kaya Scodelario (Skins), Will Poulter (We’re the Millers), Thomas Brodie-Sangster (Game of Thrones) and Ki Hong Lee. Words can’t describe how awesome the trailer is and how excited I am for this film.
