Marnie from Girls may be lost and trying to find herself, but the actress who portrays her, Allison Williams, seems to have a pretty clear vision of what comes next.
Deadline.com reports that Williams is a contender to nab the role of invisible woman in the Twentieth Century Fox’s up and coming “Fantastic Four” reboot. Jessica Alba previously portrayed this role in the recent installment of Fantastic Four films 5 years ago. Other cast members included Chris Evans (Captain America) and Michael Chiklis.
Huffington Post reports that Williams will be the first star attached to the film if and when it is confirmed she has taken on the role,.
The Girls actress is also in the talks to take on the title role of the Shawn Levy film Rosaline, a film based on Rebecca Serle’s novel When You Were Mine.
Marnie may be a mess, but the future for Williams looks bright, as she is potentially taking on two prominent roles. It looks like it will be a busy summer for the actress.
