The honours have been handed out at the 24th annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles, hosted by Drew Barrymore! The award show, which took place Saturday night (April 20), follows on from the ceremony in New York this past March, and precedes the handing out of the final prizes in San Francisco on May 11. The GLAAD Media Awards admire “inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.” The event was attended by media favourites including Jennifer Lawrence, Betty White, Darren Criss and Leonardo DiCaprio, and featured a performance from Kelly Rowland.
