Grey’s Anatomy alum Chyler Leigh has checked into another major TV gig. Leigh has scored one of the lead roles in the comedy pilot Holding Patterns.
The pilot is an ensemble, about a group of friends whose lives are changed when they survive a plane crash (talk about irony; Leigh’s previous character, Lexie Grey, was written off via plane crash).
Leigh’s new character, Leah, is an irresponsible, absent-minded, perpetually late slacker. Leah’s life is apparently a mess, without direction but she values her friends, whom she sarcastically mocks and is intelligent and funny.
Will you be tuning in to see Chyler Leigh’s funny side (should this show get picked up)? Or are you still mourning the loss of Lexie Grey?
