It’s already been a pretty good year for Jessica Chastain, her movie Zero Dark Thirty was nominated for ‘Best Picture’ at the Oscars, plus Chastain herself was nominated for ‘Best Actress’ and although neither won, it’s better to be recognised that not, right?
Well it seems she has indeed been recognised, as the red-headed beauty has reportedly been picked by Warner Bros. to play the role of Jane, in the upcoming Tarzan film. David Yates, director of Harry Potter, will be directing the film, which is yet to have a release date, seeing as it’s not even in the production stages yet.
Alexander Skarsgård (True Blood) is rumoured to be playing the role of Tarzan. All we know about the new film as of yet, is that it will centre around Tarzan being reintroduced to human civilisation, with the Queen ordering him back to the jungle to sort out the mayhem caused by a vicious warlord. Sounds intriguing?!
