NULL

The BBC Press released this statement:

A new series of Doctor Who stories is set to be published monthly to celebrate the 50th anniversary year of the hit television programme.

These stories are going to be called eshorts and will be written by “11 sensational children’s authors involved in the series, all bringing an individual style, imagination and interpretation to their eshort tribute to The Doctor.” There will be one story for each Doctor, starting with the original William Hartnell and going to the present day Matt Smith.

These 11 authors are said to be

prominent U.K. authors

(Here is where J.K. Rowling comes to mind) with the first author being released January 7 and the first story January 23.

Hopefully we will see J.K. Rowling on this list!
