Finally comfortable and confident in her own skin, 14-year-old transgender Jazz Jennings is seeking to help other teenage girls feel the same.

This week, Clean & Clear announced Jennings as the new face of their #SeeTheRealMe campaign. This campaign highlights true, authentic stories of strong girls going against conventional looks or norms.

Instead of focusing on blemishes, Clean & Clear is focusing on building confidence in teenage girls. Jennings, named one of Time’s 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014, embodies the courage, confidence, and self-respect #SeeTheRealMe hopes to influence in girls around the world.

Jennings put it best when she told The Huffington Post, “I hope they [teenage girls] can learn to be brave and not care what other people think about them, because if they just stay positive and spread love, then others will be true friends who will accept them no matter what.”
