Joel McHale, of Community and The Soup fame, is in discussions to join an untitled film starring comedy-greats Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore!
McHale is set to be cast as Barrymore’s ex-husband in the Warner Bros. upcoming feature, directed by Frank Coraci.
Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera’s script follows a couple who, ‘following a disastrous blind date, are stuck together in a resort with their children from previous marriages’, according to Variety.
Production on the comedy will reportedly start in May.
