PopWrapped is currently looking for writing interns for our 12-week Intern Academy program. Interns are required to write 3-5 stories per week (300 word count min per story) and will learn each week about digital media, news writing, SEO, images, Google tags, meta descriptions, focus keywords, interview formatting, press coverage, social media marketing, embedding media, ad placement, professionalism, etc.

During the 12-weeks, you will develop a portfolio and learn needed skills for the world of digital media and entertainment news writing. At the conclusion of the 12-weeks, there is an opportunity to bring you on board as a permanent staff writer, if you perform well, get along with the team, and learn the skills needed to proceed.

This internship is completely virtual, and can be completed from anywhere in the world (so long as you have reliable Internet!) You do not need to be a current student at a college or university, though many of our interns are also full-time students. WE DO provide college internship/externship opportunities through most USA Accredited Universities. (Please allow 7-10 business days for application responses.
