Jonathan Groff is quite a popular fella these days. Earlier, PopWrapped reported that Jonathan Groff would be bringing the brilliant words of David Sedaris to the big screen with C.O.G.
But that isn’t the only project Mr. Groff has in the pipeline. In fact, it quite appears that he is trying to dip his toe into every quality project he can get his hands on. For instance: his new HBO drama series, Looking.
It was announced today that Russell Tovey would also be joining the case of Looking, which will center around the lives of three gay friends “looking” for love in San Francisco. Tovey, who has had roles in the UK’s Doctor Who and Being Human, will play the role of Groff’s co-worker, a successful video game designer.
The cast also included several supporting roles, to be played by Scott Bakula, Murray Bartlett, and Frankie J Alvarez.
A new television show featuring Jesse St. James? Yes, please! But, I mean, they know he has to sing…right?
