In conjunction with the newly launched World of Dance Records, recording artist, choreographer, & globally recognized dancer Josh Killacky has shared his debut single & lyric video “Workin’” featuring Kangfrvr of The Future Kingz.

World of Dance Records is a global partnership with EMPIRE, the San Francisco based independent label, who will co-manage marketing and promotion of releases and all digital and physical distribution. The release follows Josh’s duel with Erica Klein on NBC’s World of Dance, which aired last week.

“My single, ‘Workin’ is a high energy song that I made purely to get people up from their couch or bed to DANCE,”  Killacky explains. “It’s a rough time in the world right now so my intention is always about bringing fun energy to motivate everyone to get active!”

Josh Killacky has had a passion for music from a very young age growing up in the Chicago suburb of Naperville, IL which drove him to focus on being an all around entertainer and performer, ultimately leading him to mastering performance through dance. He has created content and partnered with top brands such as Axe, Kellogg, Google Pixel, Jack In the Box, Under Armour, Crocs, American Eagle, & more. 

Josh was a part of the only non vocal artist performance on GMA, the “Epic HoverBoard Dance Cover” @justinbieber. You can catch him in viral videos he’s created such as #XmasIsLitChallenge, Fedex vs Ups dance video, and Epic Fortnite Dance & PlugWalk viral dance moves. He has danced his way through some of the biggest TV shows including, ‘Nickelodeon Kids Sports,’ ‘Nickelodeon Kids Choice and Halo Award,’ ‘Dance Moms,’ ‘X Factor,’ ‘BET Awards,’ ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ and most recently NBC’s World of Dance Season 4.

He has also acted in the movie Opening Night, choreographed the Howard High TV series, and can be seen on The Ellen Show for a live performance and interview. 

It’s no secret that Josh is already taking the social media atmosphere by storm. Now, he’s taking his passion for music and working on making an “Artist” name for himself. Though he’s young and just getting started, his passion and his talent shine through and no doubt, Josh is going to make a big impact in music outside of social media, as well.
