Justin Bieber’s neighbor, the same one whose house he pelted with eggs, is now suing him for some disrespectful comments he claims were made.

Justin Bieber has been handed a new lawsuit, and it is connected to the January 2014 egging of his neighbor’s house.

The neighbor, Jeff Schwartz, claims that he and his wife have suffered emotional distress after Bieber’s bodyguard called him “little Jew boy” in the months before the egging. Bieber ended up paying about $80,000 for repairs, pleaded no contest to vandalism, and also went on probation.

TMZ now reports that Schwartz is asking for more. He claims that over Memorial Day weekend in 2013, Bieber had his Ferrari out on the streets, speeding around. Schwartz walked over to Bieber and asked him to stop as he was putting people in danger. At this point, he claims that Bieber’s bodyguards came over and one of them said “What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?”
