Already successful in Germany, Holland and Finland, The Voice may be bringing a kids’ version of the show to America. Television network NBC are reportedly planning a spin-off of the popular adult version of the show which currently features Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Usher and Shakira as judges, by producing a kids’ version.

According to Digital Spy, a source from the show said ‘we are hoping (to begin production) by the end of the year’. New York Post also reported on the news saying casting calls were announced last week for singers aged 8-14 years old in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas.

We all know that talent can be spotted from a young age, it’s how they deal with fame/the pressure of the show, which usually divides peoples’ opinions.

What do you think of the news; do you think there should be kids’ version of ‘The Voice’? Let us know!!
