New Jersey native Laura Dreyfuss has a rich background in both theater and television. Applauded for her breakthrough roles as Zoe Murphy in the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen, Madison McCarthy on the FOX series Glee, and McAfee Westbrook on the Netflix series The Politician, Laura has received a Grammy Award for “Best Musical Theatre Album” in the original Broadway cast recording of Dear Evan Hansen and a Daytime Creative Emmy Award for “Outstanding Musical Performance in a Daytime Program” in “You Will Be Found.”
After releasing a string of singles over the past year, the rising pop artist, signed to BMG, is set to unveil her debut EP Peaks this November, but prior to that, she’s shared her new track “Nose To Nose” – a beautiful anthem that pays special tribute to her beloved dog Banjo – and its accompanying video.

Laura confides, “With ‘Nose To Nose’, I wanted to capture the purest form of love, and I felt like a fun way to express that was writing about my dog Banjo. She’s such a presence in my life. The lyrics seem like they’re about a person though! Musically, it’s the joy of having this unconditional love from an innocent animal. It’s a celebration of that.” Featuring fun-loving lyrics about playing games with her dog and Laura’s signature honey-dipped vocals over a sun-kissed electro-pop melody, the song radiates with cheer, appreciation, and a raw honesty that is as clever as it is inspirational.
