During her appearance on The Tonight Show yesterday, March 6th, Lindsay Lohan hinted at the possibility of a Mean Girls reunion, in part to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the film’s release.

After detailing her upcoming stint on CBS comedy 2 Broke Girls, Lohan, now 27, told host Jimmy Fallon about her running into Mean Girls’ head writer and overall comedic dynamo Tina Fey while backstage. Fey mentioned following Lohan on Instagram, where the young actress had made several posts which included her former co-stars from the smart and sassy 2004 comedy. To Lohan’s delight (and ours), Fey stated that she wished to get a formal reunion organized, which we can only hope to be able to witness ourselves.

“It was interesting. When I was backstage, I saw Tina, and she mentioned maybe doing some sort of reunion,” said Lohan, who went on to say that Tina Fey had actually brought the idea to Mean Girls producer Lorne Michaels. Fetch! (Sorry, we couldn’t resist).

Lohan goes on to discuss her upcoming film Inconceivable, in which she will produce as well as star, before finishing her segment with one of Fallon’s trademark on-air games. This time, the pair play the classic card game ‘War’ with a formulaic twist: whomever wins each round gets to throw a cup of water in their opponent’s face.

Watch it unfold and see the big (and very wet) conclusion below!
