After shockingly finishing her 100 hours of community service (right down to the wire), Lindsay Lohan’s attorney was told by a judge today that Lindsay is officially off probation.
In case you haven’t been keeping track, the initial probation stems from her 2007 run in for a drug possession charge, followed by her 2012 reckless driving case.
A judge signed off on Lohan’s community service hours just minutes ago, which means that Lindsay has successfully avoided another jail stint. Lindsay knew the repercussions if she didn’t complete the aforementioned service hours, and she buckled down hard. She wound up completing 125 hours of service . She completed 8 hours a day, every day, for 2 whole weeks.
Girl was DETERMINED not to risk going back to jail.
This will be the first time in 8 years that Lindsay doesn’t have probation hanging over her head. When attorney Shawn Holley was caught by cameras leaving the courthouse, you could tell she was relieved:
Now, maybe Lindsay can go back to doing what she does best and turn out some hit films like “Mean Girls” or maybe even release some new music?
I could definitely use another SMASH like ‘Rumors’!!!
