We are in the thick of winter, but it’s never too early to start thinking about the many exciting tours and festivals set to hit cities worldwide this summer. Black Sabbath just ended their last ever tour, but there are plenty of other artists and bands to catch in concert. We previously announced Coheed and Cambria’s NEVERENDER tour, and, while most cities are sold out already, you might still get lucky. Speaking of getting lucky, Live Nation has announced that their Ticket To Rock multi-ticket bundle program is making a return, and there are some amazing bands included this year.
Right now, concert-goers in select cities can reap the benefits of attending multiple shows for a flat rate. For the three-show package, fans pay $55 per ticket. The price increases to $65 for the four-show package. These prices are for the General Admission/Lawn Seats option and sound like a very good deal to us! This year, the offer applies to some of rock’s biggest names and some very long-awaited tours. They include the Deftones/Rise Against summer tour, Korn/Stone Sour, Incubus/Jimmy Eat World, Sublime With Rome/The Offspring, and Avenged Sevenfold. As you can see, many of these tours feature big acts who have teamed up with other big acts to put on some once-in-a-lifetime shows.

The Incubus tour is definitely an exciting one and not to be missed. They are set to release a brand new single, “Nimble Bastard” on February 16. In an interview, KROQ Music Director Lisa Worden shared her thoughts of the song and the news that the song will be world-premiered on The Kevin & Bean Show. The new album is tentatively set for an April release.
If you live in or around the Greater Philadelphia region, you can attend the MMR*B*Q festival event at BB&T Pavillion on May 20, also available through Live Nation. Tickets are available now and boasts a killer lineup, including: Godsmack, LĪVE, Bush, The Pretty Reckless, The Struts, Zakk Sabbath, Rival Sons, Dinosaur Pileup, and Jaxon’s Local Shots artist Stolen Rhodes.
