Gwyneth Paltrow has made it explicitly clear that she is no fan of the Met Ball. The event, held in New York, is arguably fashion’s biggest nights. Gwyneth however didn’t seem to be too impressed. After attending the event she exclaimed, “It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all.” She later added, “It seems like it’s the best thing in the world – you always think, ‘Oh my God, it’s gonna be so glamorous and amazing and you’re going to see all these people’ and then you get there and it’s so hot and it’s so crowded and everyone’s pushing you.”
Paltrow also seemed to be peeved by performer, Kanye West’s attitude throughout the night.”Kanye West was playing and he was all furious and he threw his microphone down and it was all drama,” she commented. “I don’t know why [he was mad].”
The Met Ball was co-chaired by Beyonce, one of Gwyneth’s close friends…yikes.
